Spiritual Sampler Events

Spiritual Sampler Events can be run in the comfort of your own home or from my training room with a group of friends. Events usually last for 3-4 hours and include several fun activities that can be done in a group environment. A minimum of 10 people is required but there is no limit on how many can attend (will depend on the size of the room).  Each person will need to bring a photo (doesn’t have to be of themselves) and a small item, something of personal value and importance. £15 per person. Please note that start and finish times are flexible and can be arranged to suit, times listed below are as an example only.

Round the World – Past Life Regression

The “Round the World” session allows each individual the opportunity to access one of their Past Lives through the use of guided meditation.  Viewing and briefly exploring a life.  Within each of us, there appears to reside the events of past lives.  A migraine, chronic lower back pain or a knee problem may be telling a story of an old accident or wound.  A chronic sore throat may derive from strangling, hanging or choking.  As the soul returns to life over and over these traumatic memories are re-created in our current lives often making little sense and keeping us from living peaceful lives.  They are brought to our conscious awareness of anxiety, panic attacks, anger, depression, phobias, obsessions, nightmares and unexplainable physical pain. Regression can be the key to unlocking so many mysteries about ourselves, whilst taking a wonderful journey at the same time.

Energy Meditation – Learn how to tune into an objects energy

Working in pairs, you will have the opportunity to tune into an item that belongs to your pair partner, meditating to tune into the items energy to read information about the item and the individual that it belongs to.

Photo Readings

Using the techniques from the previous session individuals can once again use energy to create a connection to a photo so that you can read information from it and from the individual that it belongs to.
